By accessing this website, purchasing any product, joining our Skool community, enrolling in mentorship, booking a call, downloading resources, or using any materials provided by us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website, purchase our products, or participate in our programs.
1. Company and Merchant Information
This website, program, and related services are operated by Uniques Enterprises.
Uniques Enterprises is the primary business/merchant holder and operates Black Sheep Education, BSA, Black Sheep Are Alphas, BSA Mentorship, and related offers as a DBA, brand name, trade name, or program name.
When you make a purchase from BSA, Black Sheep Education, Black Sheep Are Alphas, BSA Mentorship, or any related program, you understand and agree that your bank statement, card statement, receipt, invoice, or payment descriptor may show Uniques Enterprises, Black Sheep Education, BSA, or another related merchant/payment processor descriptor.
A charge appearing as Uniques Enterprises is connected to your purchase from BSA / Black Sheep Education / Black Sheep Are Alphas.

2. Educational Purpose Only
All content, courses, mentorship, trainings, templates, live calls, community discussions, downloads, videos, resources, and materials provided by Black Sheep Education / BSA are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, credit, accounting, or professional advice. Any information shared is based on education, experience, opinions, and general business/credit education concepts.
You are responsible for making your own business, legal, financial, credit-related, and compliance-related decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney, accountant, tax professional, or other qualified professional before taking action based on any information provided.
3. No Guarantees
Black Sheep Education / BSA does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income, credit score increase, business success, funding approval, account deletion, client acquisition, chargeback win, legal result, or financial result.
Your results will depend on your own effort, understanding, implementation, consistency, business model, client situation, compliance, market conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Testimonials, screenshots, examples, case studies, student/client wins, or results shown on this website, in marketing, or inside our community are examples only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
4. Digital Product and Mentorship Access
When you purchase a BSA product, course, mentorship, training, digital download, Skool access, or community membership, you are purchasing access to digital education, resources, support, and/or mentorship.
Access may include, depending on the offer purchased:
Skool community access
Course modules
Live mentorship calls
Group coaching
Training videos
Templates
Educational resources
Business or credit education support
Community discussions
Homework, accountability, or implementation guidance
1:1 calls only if specifically included in your purchased offer
Program features may vary depending on the specific product, promotion, or offer purchased.
5. Account Access and Onboarding Requirements
After purchase, you may be required to complete certain onboarding steps before access is granted. These steps may include, but are not limited to:
Forwarding your purchase receipt
Answering membership approval questions
Providing the correct purchase email
Providing your name, phone number, or other required onboarding details
Joining the Skool group or designated platform
Responding to team communication
Scheduling or confirming onboarding calls, when applicable
Failure to complete required onboarding steps may delay or prevent access. Black Sheep Education / BSA is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information provided by the purchaser.
6. Final Sale and Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, course access, community access, downloadable materials, mentorship, and educational resources, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in writing for a particular offer.
Once access has been granted, resources have been delivered, membership has been approved, onboarding has started, or services have begun, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a digital education/mentorship product.
You understand that access may be delivered through Skool, email, Zoom, downloads, or other online platforms.
You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable.
You are responsible for completing onboarding steps.
Failure to participate, attend calls, use the platform, complete homework, or access the materials does not qualify you for a refund.
Failure to read emails, respond to messages, join scheduled calls, or follow access instructions does not qualify you for a refund.
7. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
By purchasing from Black Sheep Education / BSA, you agree to contact us first at bsalivementorship@gmail.com regarding any issue with access, billing, statement descriptor, onboarding, or program support before filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank or card provider.
Filing a chargeback after receiving access, onboarding, mentorship, digital materials, community access, calls, support, or communication may be considered a breach of these Terms.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:
Provide evidence of purchase, access, communication, onboarding, platform activity, calls, messages, receipts, and delivery of services to the payment processor or financial institution.
Immediately suspend or terminate access to the course, mentorship, Skool community, resources, and any related services.
Deny future enrollment, purchases, mentorship, or access.
Pursue collection of any unpaid balances, fees, chargeback costs, administrative costs, or damages allowed by law.
You agree that a charge listed as Uniques Enterprises is connected to your purchase from BSA / Black Sheep Education / Black Sheep Are Alphas and is not unauthorized if you completed a purchase through our website, checkout page, invoice, payment link, or related payment process.
8. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that:
You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
The billing information you provide is accurate.
You agree to pay the listed price for the product or service purchased.
You understand the nature of the product before completing your purchase.
You agree to these Terms & Conditions and the refund policy.
You understand that Uniques Enterprises is the main merchant/business holder operating Black Sheep Education / BSA as a DBA, brand name, trade name, or program name.
You understand that your bank or card statement may show Uniques Enterprises or another related payment descriptor connected to this purchase.
You agree that a statement descriptor showing Uniques Enterprises is not an unauthorized transaction if you purchased from BSA / Black Sheep Education / Black Sheep Are Alphas.
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or declined, access may be suspended or terminated immediately.
9. Membership, Community, and Skool Access
Access to the Skool community or any private group is a privilege and may be revoked if you violate community rules, payment terms, intellectual property terms, confidentiality terms, or these Terms & Conditions.
You agree not to:
Share your login credentials.
Give unauthorized people access to the course or community.
Download, copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce materials without written permission.
Harass, threaten, disrespect, or abuse team members, students, mentors, or community members.
Use community content for unlawful or unethical purposes.
Misrepresent BSA materials as your own original work.
Record, redistribute, or sell live calls, trainings, videos, templates, or course materials without permission.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the program, Skool group, or community without refund if they violate these Terms or behave in a way that disrupts the community or harms the brand.
10. 1:1 Calls, Group Calls, and Scheduling
If your purchase includes calls, those calls must be scheduled according to the availability provided by Black Sheep Education / BSA or its team.
You are responsible for:
Booking your call properly.
Confirming your appointment when required.
Showing up on time.
Having Zoom or the required platform ready.
Having stable internet access.
Being prepared with questions, homework, or materials needed for the call.
Joining from a computer when screen sharing, platform setup, or hands-on work is required.
Missed calls, late arrivals, no-shows, unconfirmed appointments, failure to attend from a proper device, or failure to participate in the call may result in cancellation, forfeiture, or rescheduling based on availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule calls due to emergencies, court matters, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other business needs.
11. User Responsibility
You understand that your success depends on your own actions and implementation.
You are responsible for:
Watching the trainings.
Completing homework.
Attending calls when applicable.
Asking questions when you need help.
Applying the information properly.
Following applicable laws and regulations in your state or industry.
Making sure your business practices are compliant.
Seeking legal or professional advice when needed.
Black Sheep Education / BSA is not responsible for your failure to use, access, attend, implement, or complete the program.
12. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Black Sheep Education / BSA, including but not limited to videos, trainings, templates, scripts, written materials, graphics, logos, documents, PDFs, community posts, live call recordings, frameworks, systems, worksheets, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Black Sheep Education / BSA and/or Uniques Enterprises unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, share, transfer, modify, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own personal or business education only.
13. Confidentiality
You may receive access to private discussions, student questions, templates, business strategies, client examples, internal systems, training methods, or other confidential information.
You agree not to share, record, screenshot, distribute, publish, or disclose private community content, student information, call discussions, or proprietary materials without permission.
14. Technology and Platform Access
Our programs may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Skool, Zoom, Stripe, email, Facebook, Google, or other software providers.
We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, login problems, user error, internet issues, device issues, email deliverability problems, or third-party platform changes.
If you experience access issues, you must contact our team so we can assist you.
15. Communication Consent
By purchasing, submitting your information, joining our program, or completing onboarding, you consent to receive communication from Black Sheep Education / BSA, Uniques Enterprises, and/or our team by email, text message, phone call, direct message, or platform message regarding your purchase, onboarding, program access, support, scheduling, updates, reminders, and related offers.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of certain text communications by replying STOP, where applicable.
16. Code of Conduct
We expect all members, students, clients, and purchasers to communicate respectfully with our team and community.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or terminate access without refund for behavior including but not limited to:
Harassment
Threats
Disrespectful communication
Abusive language
Defamation
Sharing private content
Disrupting the community
Misusing materials
Chargeback abuse
Fraudulent activity
Violation of these Terms
17. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Recommendations
From time to time, Black Sheep Education / BSA may recommend third-party tools, software, platforms, or services. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may receive compensation if you choose to purchase through those links.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms, pricing, refund policies, and suitability of any third-party product or service before purchasing.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, results, decisions, billing, service issues, or policies.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Sheep Education / BSA, Uniques Enterprises, its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of this website, program, course, mentorship, materials, community, or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, business losses, loss of clients, credit outcomes, legal issues, compliance issues, denied funding, technology issues, payment disputes, missed opportunities, or reliance on educational information.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Sheep Education / BSA, Uniques Enterprises, its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our website, products, services, materials, community, or your violation of these Terms.
20. No Transfer of Access
Your purchase is for your individual use only. You may not transfer, sell, share, gift, sublicense, or assign your access to another person or business without written permission.
21. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, file a chargeback after receiving access or services, misuse materials, or behave in a way that harms the company, team, community, or other members.
Termination due to violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website, program, community, or materials after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
